Villa Vivian offers four comfy bedrooms across three-storey, with five bathrooms, a large living room and a beautiful rustic kitchen. In the living room, there is a large dining table with its chairs and a large comfortable sofa. Alongside the living room, there is the rustic kitchen with all the necessary appliances and equipment to prepare all your favorite meals; there is also a dining table in the kitchen, perfect for a short chat during the cooking procedure.

The stairs from the living room lead to the first floor with the three bedrooms; two of them have double beds and the one has two single beds. Each bedroom has a large wardrobe and a set of exterior doors that leads to the sunny balcony. On this floor, there are, also, two large bathrooms with bathtubs.

On the ground floor, there is a large apartment with direct access to the swimming pool. At the air-conditioned living room, there is a convertible couch and two single beds. Also, there is the fourth bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

The outside area is perfect for entertaining and hosting others or just be enjoyed as a family or small group of friends, with direct access to the pool, offering uninterrupted views of the surrounding plant life and countryside.
