About the Property

The villa and pool are designed to enjoy the best sea views.

There are 3 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom on the ground floor with its own private terrace has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with bath. There are a further 2 bedrooms each with twin beds and each with its own bathroom one with a corner bath and the other with a large walk in shower. The two upstairs bedrooms both open out onto a large balcony with sea views. Each bedroom has large built in wardrobes.

The large combined lounge and kitchen area have a high beamed ceiling to give the house a cool, light and spacious atmosphere and there are 2 balconies with patio doors offering sea views. There is also satellite TV.

The fully fitted kitchen offers a large built-in fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher, full oven and hob with plenty of work surfaces. There is a separate utility room with washing machine.

There is also a further cloackroom with WC.

Outside you will find the beautiful infinity pool with un interupted views over the bay. Pool is 0.75M to 1.8M.With the paved patio area around the private pool, plenty of space for relaxing or eating outside, and a built-in BBQ.
