About the Property

This lovely quietly situated three bedroom villa has stunning views of the Montgo Mountain which dominates the Javea skyline.

The villa is comfortably set up for 6 adults but in addition, has a nursery room. This room contains the Modem which receives the WiFi signal. (code provided)

The conservatory has dining space for the entire party & a Stokke adjustable high chair along with a “normal” high chair with table attached.

Outside there are several dining table areas from which to choose. Shade is provided by large parasols & “sails”. There are 6 sun loungers & 6 comfortable chairs all with comfy cushions. A new gas Broil King BBQ has been bought for 2019 as, due to the risk of fire, charcoal is not allowed during the summer months.

The pool gates can be locked so that children can be kept “out” or “in” the pool area. The wrought iron gates are discreet & not unsightly. (see pictures)

The huge & well-equipped kitchen has two sinks, gas cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle & large fridge with freezer drawers. There are plenty of tea towels, cloths, cutlery, china & glasses including plastic ones for by the pool. We supply a dishwasher tab a day & washing liquid.

The lounge has good quality seating for all with a TV; in addition, two other bedrooms & the conservatory have TV's installed; all separately connected to the receiving dish. All 4 have all the normal British Freeview channels.

Bedroom one has a Super King bed with en suite facilities with double hand basins, shower & toilet. The second bedroom has a 4'6” bed with en suite shower room, the third bedroom has two 3' single beds & a shower room opposite. In addition, there is an “extra” nursery room which has a single bed & can have a cot or even two cots. (please request cot/s) There is a bathroom near the pool & a shower to remove suntan oil.

All 3 bedrooms plus the lounge have air conditioners. There are also overhead fans in all 3 bedrooms & moveable fans for the nursery or conservatory.

We supply Beach Towels (see picture) which may indeed be taken to the beach! One can wash towels as necessary & over the balcony, they will dry in a very short time!

Javea has all possible amenities for a beach or villa holiday. Alicante & Valencia airports are equidistant. 100Km We suggest Javea Cars for hiring as they bring the car to the airport, hold up your name & you are away. No queueing at the Big Names desks.
