In a great location near to La Cala de Mijas, this 2 bedroom apartment has been renovated and furnished in a contemporary style in 2017 and is new to the rental market.

The apartment is on a lower level and is self-contained. It boasts two bedrooms, a master suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom and a twin room with 2 single beds. The living space is combined with a dining area, kitchen and seating area on both floors. The property has air-conditioning and Wi-FI throughout and tv channels provided through the smart tv. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. Crockery, pans, and cutlery are provided, there is also an iron and ironing board. There is also a washing machine to help pack lightly for your holiday.

The outside facilities include a terrace table and chairs for alfresco dining. The garden bar has a wet bar, bbq and lots of space to chill out in the shade. The pool area has sunbeds provided for your use and large garden areas to sunbathe or for children to play.

The area is known as El Faro (the lighthouse) and has a beach a few minutes drive away. We recommend a car but it is possible to walk to and from the beach for more energetic people. The nearest town is La Cala de Mijas very popular as it retains its village charm. You can find here trendy bars and restaurants mixed with old fashioned Spanish shops and a lovely beach and boardwalk.
Fuengirola is also 10 minutes away by car or by local bus services, here you will find lots of entertainment, shops, a zoo, a water park and a cinema.
